Why Panoba?
Panoba is not a booking agency. It is two founders who were educated in British independent schools, raised their own children through the same system and now guide other families through it.
Debbie and Nicky run Panoba themselves. You deal with the people who know the schools, not a call centre.
Both founders were educated in the British independent system and both are parents who have been through admissions themselves.
We start with your child's character, strengths and ambitions. League tables come a long way after that.
Long standing relationships with British schools mean our calls are answered and our recommendations are trusted.

British education consultants
Debbie Gispan and Nicky Sakpoba founded Panoba in 2014. Educated in the British independent school system and parents themselves, they bring both personal experience and first-hand understanding of the admissions journey. Their approach remains deeply personal. They take the time to meet and get to know the students and families they advise.
Co-founder & Director
Educated at an independent girls' school in West London and a graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London. After twenty years in five-star hospitality and commercial property, Nicky co-founded Panoba in 2014 to guide families through UK education.

A product of the British independent sector and a boarder in her teens, Debbie read at University College London and holds an MSc in International Business from the University of London. She co-founded Panoba in 2014 after a career in investment banking.
